Many of us provide a list of lecture topics in our syllabus, but students may not have viewed that document recently enough for it to stimulate their interest in the upcoming presentation. Consider doing a Lecture Preview about a forthcoming lecture. In a Lecture Preview, you share information about the topic and the lecture's main points in order to help students better prepare for the lecture. The preview can be sent electronically through the course site, e-mail, or social media.
