Preface

The Intelligence and Security Informatics conference series, which includes the IEEE International Conference on Intelligence and Security Informatics (IEEE ISI), the European Intelligence and Security Informatics Conference (EISIC), and the Pacific Asia Workshop on Intelligence and Security Informatics (PAISI), started about a decade ago.
