To use the libraries in your own app, do the following:
- In Xcode, click File | New | Project…, select Single View App, then enter TFObjectDetectionAPI as Product Name and choose Objective-C for Language (if you want to use Swift, see the previous chapter on how to add TensorFlow to a Swift-based iOS app and make the necessary changes pictured here), then select the location for the project and hit Create.
- In the TFObjectDetectionAPI project, click the PROJECT Name and under Build Settings, hit + and Add User-Defined Setting, then enter TENSORFLOW_ROOT for the path of your TensorFlow source root ($HOME/tensorflow-1.4 for example), as shown in Figure 3.4.
