Understanding YourPerfectionist Leadership Trait

Leaders who are predominant Perfectionists endeavor to perfect everything in their environment. This desire for perfection extends to themselves and other people. Perfectionists are highly critical of themselves and others. Their favorite words are should and must. Because nothing is perfect, Perfectionists become disappointed by reality. As their disappointments inevitably pile up, their frustrations mutate into a universal rage at the imperfect state of the world.
