Understanding YourDisciple Leadership Trait

Leaders who are predominant Disciples can sometimes appear incapable of action unless given permission from an authority figure, an institution, or a belief system. Thus, despite being in a leadership position, Disciples are often not the ones setting the tone, especially if they are derailing. Predominant Disciples can be the most puzzling because they can be highly reactive. They can fluctuate from one state to another at amazing speed and are notorious for reversing positions.
