MY WORK ON INTELLIGENT DISOBEDIENCE is a natural outgrowth of my earlier work on courageous followers. Courageous followers form relationships with their leaders in which they are both supportive of the leader and willing to give the leader candid feedback on the impact of the leader’s actions.
