When you review this report, you can see that the employee Rob Walters is listed in the Engineering and Tool Design departments. This is because there is a junction table between the employees and their departments. An employee could move departments so there is a record with a start and end date for each department that an employee has been in. If the employee is still in the department, then the EndDate field is null. This report should only show an employee once and display their current department.
