This part of the book addresses how real performance improvement is achieved by focusing on how to find repeating specific weaknesses, and what you can do about them.

Chapter 9 is intended to help you think a little “outside the box” by demonstrating the use of an Agile approach together with key CMMI practices to help solve a non-work-related challenge. Through this personal challenge, I draw some nontraditional conclusions—but conclusions backed up by case study data.
