THE REAL DOLLAR VALUE OF EMPLOYEE ENGAGEMENT
INTRODUCTION
This case study provides an overview of how a national restaurant company tied employee engagement data to actual business outcomes. By measuring the ACE® scores (alignment, capabilities, engagement) of each store and comparing them with the sales and turnover figures for those stores, the correlation between the stores with higher ACE scores and high financial and customer satisfaction levels is quantifiable to dollars and cents.
