The Plan Review

A project plan review is a key event. It consists of showing and explaining to the project sponsor the details of how the project effort will be carried out. The Gantt chart, complete with the risk factors, resource utilization, and project cost, is presented at this time. The completion date defined by the Gantt chart is an item of great importance to the sponsor. The statement of work from the early days of project planning also is reviewed to ensure that everything spelled out in the statement of work has been accomplished.
