The Project Plan Review

The project costs are determined by the full development of the Gantt chart. The completed Gantt chart is presented to the sponsor and other stakeholders at the project plan review. As soon as this chart has been completed with the project time, resource, and cost requirements fully developed, the project manager can schedule a presentation of this material. The sponsor or customer and key persons who will use the project output, key subject matter experts and key project team leaders, must be scheduled for attendance. All project team members are eligible to attend.
