Let’s face it – we are drug addicts. But nicotine, like many other drugs, is not a simple habit to crack. It’s a collection of habits, triggered by certain events or actions in our day, each with its own battle to face.

Familiar patterns of behaviour are the smoke signals for our smoking demon who presses the button which triggers the reflex action to reach for the cigarette. Change the patterns, confuse the enemy and knock ’em dead one by one.
