Summary of Terms Used

The following are broad definitions for the terms used in the context of this book. In some cases, they may differ from traditional definitions or from those you are more familiar with.

COMMON SENSE: an insightful and objective level of clarity that occurs spontaneously and guides us in a healthy direction.

CONDITIONING: the process of learning that starts from birth and continues throughout our lives. It is fundamental to our ability to navigate through a physical world. We learn to open doors, dress ourselves, walk and talk. These are useful and necessary types of conditioning.
