Clearing Overrides
In some situations you’ll want to customize a table design beyond what you’ve designated with table and cell styles, and there’s nothing wrong with that. However, other times you’ll get to the point where your table design includes formatting attributes that aren’t part of your styles. These overrides are indicated by a plus sign next to the applied table style in the Table Styles panel (Figure 12.13).

To clear attributes that aren’t part of your table styles, select the table, and then do either of the following:
