Formatting Essential Table Options

By now you should have a good understanding of how to format and style table cells, but if you designed your tables one cell at a time, it would be an incredibly slow and tedious process. Instead, you’ll build on what you’ve learned and move on up to table formatting. You can control some of these table formatting options in the Control and Table panels, but consider using the Table Setup command (Table > Table Options > Table Setup) because it consolidates all the available table formatting options in one place and filters out any cell-specific settings. Here’s a quick rundown of notable table formatting options.
