Selecting Tables

Through many years of training and consulting, one of the things I repeat all the time is, “You must select it to affect it.” And this is true of tables as well as any other kind of page content. Whether you’re designing a mock-up or layout applying table and cell styles, you need to know how to navigate through tables. You can rely on the menu commands found by choosing Table > Select, or you can use the methods described below.
