Organizing an Object Library

After adding an object to a library, it’s important to identify it to make it easier to locate when you need to use it. At first, a new library item is given the name, unassigned. You’ll want to change its name, define what type of object it is, and give it a description. To edit a library item’s information, double-click it (Figure 8.25). Change the Item Name, Object Type, and Description options as necessary.
