Step 4: Test the Template
This step is perhaps the most critical, because it has a direct impact on productivity and budget. By testing your template, problems are addressed ahead of time, preventing time-consuming inefficiency and costly mistakes.
To test the template, create a new document based on it and walk through a live production scenario. Keep in mind, there might always be a few unforeseen details that are overlooked, but they will be significantly minimized if you employ good testing methods.
