Object Libraries

Object libraries help you organize the type and graphic elements you use most often. Instead of placing frequently used items on the pasteboard, it’s much more efficient to add them to an object library. Libraries are a perfect repository for elements that repeat often but not consistently enough to be placed on a master page. You can add many different types of items, including boilerplate text, commonly used graphics and logos, and even ruler guides to a library (Figure 1.10).
