Writing a book while you have a full-time job during the day is very stressful, not only personally, but also for the family. That’s why I want to thank, above all, my wife Linda and my two lovely daughters, Laura and Anahi, for their support once again during these past eight months. Lars was one of the students in my first SharePoint 2003 developer class in the summer of 2003.
