Thesaurus

The thesaurus is an XML file for defining related search terms with respect to the content in the index. This is very useful when the index contains documents using different terms for semantically equal topics. Users will, without appropriate configuration of the thesaurus, find only the documents containing the term they entered in the Search box and not the documents using synonym terms.
