We covered a lot of ground describing many of the editors you’ll find in Solaris. These editors and all of their options are described in the online manual pages. For example, just type man vi to read more about other options in the vi editor.
As confusing as these editors might seem, and as with most topics described in this book, you’ll improve your efficiency as you gain experience. My advice is to practice using these editors so that you will be prepared when you need to use them.
