Working with TimeZone and MailboxData Properties in a GetUserAvailabilityRequest

This section will cover the TimeZone and MailboxData properties of the GetUserAvailabilityRequest. The other two properties (the FreeBusyViewOptions and SuggestionsViewOptions) have their own section because they require you to look at a lot of properties of both the request and response to fully understand how they work.
