Summary

In this chapter, we discussed how calendar items in a recurring series are indexed and how to use the RecurringMasterItemIdType type and the OccurrenceItemIdType type to perform lookups between recurring masters and occurrences or exceptions. We looked at a number of special reference properties on a recurring master that can help identify certain occurrences within a recurring series.

This chapter then took a look at creating a recurring series. We talked about how creating a recurring series involves setting two properties on the Recurrence of a calendar item.
