Replying To and Forwarding Messages

After a recipient reads a message that they receive, it is common to either reply or forward the message to somebody else. To programmatically reply to a message in previous versions of Exchange, several things had to be done. First, a new empty message had to be created, then all of the important properties had to be copied from the original message to the newly created one. Only after this had been done could the reply body be added and the message sent.
