Summary

This chapter began with a discussion of Store contacts and distribution lists and the various properties that are surfaced on each. We discussed the ContactsView paging mechanism and why it should be replaced with something better. And of course, we provided something that was better—SuperContactsView. Having our fill of Store-related activities, we discussed the ResolveNames and ExpandDL Web methods, both of which can touch the Active Directory. Remember, only mail-enabled contacts and distribution lists are considered by these two Web methods.
