Throughout my life I have been lucky enough to have some of the most passionate instructors that helped to shape the person I am today. In high school, Von Kwallak instructed me for four years on everything from design, illustration, sculpture, art history, and more. He was a quiet man but had a lifetime of experience that he shared with the classes he taught. There wasn’t a project I could throw at Kwallak that he didn’t suggest several paths I could take to meet my goals. I became the problem solver I am today through his instruction.
