NDS for NT

If you have a primarily NetWare NDS network with only a handful of Windows NT 4.0 servers, and if none of your Terminal Servers are PDCs or BDCs, NDS for NT might be a solution worth looking into. NDS for NT enables you to bring all the users from a Windows NT domain into the NDS tree. This centralizes your NT management by enabling you to control both NT and NetWare users with the NetWare Administrator tool.
