Troubleshooting Printer Problems

Unfortunately, printing problems often make up the majority of support calls for most Citrix MetaFrame and Terminal Server administrators. However, the consistent use of some basic techniques can greatly reduce the number of calls you receive to just a trickle. This section discusses the best way to troubleshoot common printing problems and how best to set up your printing environment to prevent problems from occurring in the first place.

Printers Are Not Auto-Created
