Dialing In to a Terminal Server with RAS Using Windows 95/98/Me
Both Windows 95/98/Me and Windows NT 4.0 use Dial-Up Networking to establish a PPP connection with RAS. The procedure to set up a Dial-Up Networking connection varies between the two, but the general idea is the same.
