One of your main concerns when first installing Terminal Server should be file security. The main decision you need to make on file security at this point is the format you want to use for your operating system partition. You basically have three choices during the installation with Windows 2000: FAT, FAT32, or NTFS. It is strongly recommended that you install the operating system on an NTFS-formatted partition.
