Summary

In this chapter, you learned the general commands and tools used to select objects and edit them. For the most flexibility in selecting objects, you should use the command-line version of the various editing commands. In addition to the editing operations you can use, AutoCAD offers a number of other editing commands, such as TRIM and EXTEND. The next chapter covers the remaining editing commands not covered in this chapter and some of the more advanced editing methods.
