12. A Guide for Creating Innovative Programs

Throughout this book, we’ve provided examples taken from the experiences of the FOAK program. If you’re already involved in specific innovation programs, we hope that some of these will confirm best practices, some will suggest improvements, and some will provide clues as to why things aren’t working as well as they should.
