FACTORS AFFECTING THE INNOVATION CLIMATE OF A COMPANY
Management attitudes - conscious or unconscious, real or perceived - have a very strong influence on a company’s innovation climate. Some of these attitudes will stimulate innovation by unleashing people’s energy and creativity, while others will stifle or discourage employees from taking initiatives.
