MANAGEMENT ATTITUDES

Management attitudes - conscious or unconscious, real or perceived - have a very strong influence on a company’s innovation climate. Some of these attitudes will stimulate innovation by unleashing people’s energy and creativity, while others will stifle or discourage employees from taking initiatives. Innovation leaders should therefore find out how their staff perceive the signals they get from management and take corrective action whenever needed.
