POSITIONING THE VIDEO
The IDEO video can be used by companies for internal staff training and in executive education to convey important messages regarding not just the process of idea management - from business intelligence to concept development - but also its cultural aspects, i.e. the kind of attitudes that encourage a customer-centric, structured idea generation process.
