Aligning Individual and Collective Innovation Leadership

This book is based on a core belief, namely that sustained innovation performance is conditioned by the quality of the company's innovation governance. Management teams that are not fully satisfied with their innovation governance system – and Chapter 6 showed that they are numerous – need to start by building and sharing a vision of the desirable improvement path ahead.
