Highlights of a 3-year organizational learning initiative at California Polytechnic State University in San Luis Obispo, California, USA, reveal essential elements of an information-­centered and action-oriented leadership approach. Collaborative design principles and interactive evaluation practices enliven workplace systems for creating knowledge, with and for campus stakeholders, through using information to learn.
