Port's Decode of DLID Address

On receipt of a packet, the port's Link Layer logic compares the packet's LRH:DLID field to the range of LID addresses assigned to the port. If the DLID address falls within the range assigned to the port (as defined by the base address and the LMC value assigned to the port), this port is the destination port for the packet, so the packet is passed to the CA's higher layers (i.e., its Network and Transport Layers) for processing.
