20.3 File ‘CATHETER’
A factory that makes catheters for hospital use carries out an inspection of the welding process after the most rigid part is welded to the tip, which is softer. Every hour, a batch of 100 catheters is inspected to detect the possible presence of traces. If the welds have traces, the catheter is defective.
The file named CATHETER.MTW contains the data corresponding to the number of defective catheters, in a batch of 100, during the last week of production. This file is organized as follows:
