  4. Explain the provisions of the Factories Act, 1948, relating to hours of work, spreadover, weekly rest, rest intervals, overtime work and annual leave with wages
  5. Understand the extent of penalties for different kinds of offences under the Factories Act, 1948
  6. Make an assessment of the working of the Factories Act, 1948
