Grafana building blocks

The main building block of Grafana is a dashboard. Each dashboard can comprise a number of panels, arranged on rows. Rows are logical dividers within a dashboard used for arranging individual panels into groups. Their width is automatically scaled to fit a browser.

Grafana panels offer a variety of styling and formatting options, enabling users to build visualizations to match their needs. Users can drag and drop panels to change their position within rows or resize them. To set a time period for dashboard visualizations, use the time picker located in the upper-right corner.
