CHAPTER 12 Playning Out

 

Your band is formed. Your demo rocks. You’ve put the band on myspace and you may have even built a nice we site replete with free wallpaper and video content. It’s time to start playing out.

The first consideration here is your age. If you or band mates are under 21, you likely won’t be able to (legally) play bars and clubs with a liquor license. Even so, you have some very viable options in terms of getting shows. You can:
