WHENEVER YOU’RE FACED WITH A NEW PROJECT, you begin the planning phase of the project. It is during this phase that you figure out how to structure the project. You need to define the project’s goal, which helps you identify the project’s scope so that you don’t bite off more than you can chew and so that you don’t do less than management or your client expects.
