Normally the preface to a book is written by its author, and I have not written a word of this one. I am very proud of In Hindsight, however, mainly because the authors are presenting a wider perspective on business continuity and its links to other activities, disciplines and functions. This approach is much needed in what is believed by many to be a solely IT-focused management process, which in my view business continuity is not.
