upon a time,

snowboarding

did not exist.

There was skiing, there was surfing and windsurfing, and there was skateboarding. Now the world’s mountains are overrun with brightly coloured boards and well-equipped snow parks that are an increasingly common feature alongside the finest ski pistes.
