ABOUT THE AUTHOR
Michael Kunas is an ISO/IEC 20000 Lead Auditor and ITSM Consultant, living and working with his wife and son in sunny Madrid (Spain). He has over 15 years’ experience in all areas of computer science.
After finishing his Masters in Computer Science in Germany, he moved to England for a while, where he coworked on a book about Maths software. Shortly afterwards, he fell for the Spanish sun! In his spare time, he enjoys reading science fiction books.
