Summary

In this chapter, we have looked at the monitoring information available to us in ICS and how to drill into the information to help diagnose problems. We have also looked at how to process the log files to help understand events in a time series manner. Using this knowledge, we have then looked at sources of information to help get an appropriate diagnosis and resolution to the problem.

With the foundations of problem identification and resolution completed, we then explored how ICS could have its monitoring incorporated into the wider enterprise monitoring tools. The last step has been to understand how certificates can be managed within ICS as part of the Administration view.
