Integrate the SaaS applications

Now that we have created the connections we can integrate our SaaS applications by creating the integration. Let's navigate to the Integrations page, click Create New Integration, and select the Basic Map Data pattern. Now we can complete the creation of the integration with the following details:

Identifier	This will be proposed based on the connection name, and there is no need to change unless you'd like an alternate name.

Package Name	ics.book.ch4
Description	This integration demonstrates escalated cases in Salesforce being reported via SMS to the case owner.
