Deployment of the gateway, regardless of whether one or multiple steps are executed, a JSON configuration file is used. This is then in turn used to populate the values in a significantly larger configuration file, which provides information for all the different parts of the gateway.
While it maybe be appealing to configure all the parameters by copying and editing the master, it can be easy to get things wrong as an element in the smaller configuration file can impact multiple parts of the master. Further, it will become difficult to understand what elements have been changed.
