Oracle API Platform Cloud Service (APIP CS) is a brand new third generation API platform that is built from the ground up to support Web APIs and modern API requirements such as API-first development, hybrid deployment models, elastic scaling and Microservice Architecture. It is designed to handle JSON end to end natively. SOAP APIs are supported from 18.1.3 using the REST to SOAP Policy.
